The action plan serves as a roadmap for our entire collaboration. It specifies expected deliverables, timelines to respect, and the division of responsibilities between your team and ours. You know exactly what to expect, and we can work efficiently and in coordination.
This is the step where the concrete work takes shape. Based on the needs identified in the action plan, we proceed with in-depth research of funding programs, writing of grant applications, and complete assembly of files — including budgets, letters of support, supporting documents, and any other elements required by funders.
We work closely with your team throughout this step. You are involved in key decisions and have access to each version of the documents for comments and approval before submission.
